2) Prices and Quantity Limits:
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of The Gray Beaver Club™ and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property of The Gray Beaver Club™ or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.

Service Providers, Consultants and Affiliates:
We may share Personal Information and Aggregate Information with our service providers, consultants and affiliates for our internal business purposes.
For example, we use the services of Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics/) to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our Site. To utilize Google's services, The Gray Beaver Club™ uses web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs) and cookies, which are defined below and provided by Google on our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Web. If you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.
Information Removal/Opt-Out:
If you prefer not to receive marketing emails from The Gray Beaver Club™ or affiliate sites, please let us know by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any marketing email you receive from us. Please note that such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.

8) Security and SSL:
Protecting your order information is a priority for us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address will change from "http" to "https." In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through a secure connection. IN NO EVENT SHALL TGBC, LLC OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THESE ENTITIES HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION, UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THE SITE. RETURN POLICY
The Gray Beaver Club™ is committed to high quality products and customer service. If you are unsatisfied with our products, they may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. Buyer will be refunded the price of The Gray Beaver Club™ products purchased. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
